Your game data to enhance your experience and the security of our Services, such as game levels reached, rewards, rankings, completed game missions, statistics like playtime or the use of various features, as well as data related to bugs and malfunctions.

Your connection and browsing data to enable the operation and security of our Services, such as visited pages, device and connection IDs (IP address, MAC address), connection dates and times, information about the browser and operating system used.

We use various technologies, such as cookies, to collect this data when you use our Services or visit a third-party website where we and our partners publish or analyze the use of content.

We allow some of our partners to place cookies and access cookies on your device. Their use is subject to the personal data usage policies of the respective partners and not to this Privacy Policy.

e) You play a Krakatoa SA game on a console.

If you contact us through the Customer Service portal, we collect information such as your first name, last name, username, email address, date of birth, country, console ID, and games saved on your Account, based on your requests.

If you contact us through social networks, we collect certain data from your profile.

We use this data exclusively to better respond to your requests.

j) You do not comply with the rules of the game.

When you use our Services, we ask you to respect our Terms of Service and the codes of conduct associated with our Services, which aim to protect our users, our employees, and, more generally, the rights of Krakatoa SA.

If you do not respect these rules, you may be sanctioned, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior, deception, or toxicity. We retain your data for the time necessary to enforce such sanctions, such as your Account ID, game data, IP address, device ID, and chat history.

k) Creation of a K-Web3 account.

When creating a K-Web3 account, we may collect and process the user's personal data (such as the public address of the crypto-wallet and information about transactions made) to provide the user with the services available on K-Web3.

We may combine such information with other personal data in our possession, including information about the Krakatoa Connect account, for example, to assess eligibility to use K-Web3 services.

While providing services on K-Web3, we may share the user's public crypto-wallet address with independent data controllers to process transactions made.

Some personal data (including the Krakatoa username and public crypto-wallet address) will be integrated into the Digits. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, the data retention period integrated into the Digits corresponds to the duration of the blockchain; therefore, the user's rights of rectification and erasure regarding data integrated into the Digits may not be extended.

4. How long does Krakatoa SA retain your Personal Data?

We retain the Data only for the time necessary to carry out the operations for which they were collected unless a different retention period is required by law.

For example, we retain Data connected to your Account until its closure. In some cases, Data may be retained for a longer period, for example, when it allows us to apply a sanction.

5. With whom does Krakatoa SA share your Personal Data?
